The portfolio’s net equity and offshore exposure collectively exceed 80% of the portfolio’s asset value. The portfolio’s investment scope consists of: • equity securities, • preference shares, • non-equity securities, • property shares and property related securities listed on exchanges, • interest bearing instruments, and • assets in liquid form.   Additionally, the portfolio may also invest in participatory interests and other forms of participation in portfolios of collective investment schemes or other similar schemes. It retains the flexibility to invest in both listed and unlisted financial instruments as deemed appropriate.
